I realize that football won't start for a few months however I am going to start my homage to the pretty boys that I am looking forward to seeing when fall arrives.
First up is the uber-pretty Wes Welker!
Leave it to Jim Rome to ruin my imaginary relationship with one of the sexiest men I have ever seen. Rome broke the news to me that Jeremy Shockey did not attend the parade or celebration after the parade to honor the Super Bowl Champions.
Granted he did not get to play in the big game. However that had nothing to do with the other players....his leg is broken. The team didn't ask him to sit out, and in fact many players including Kevin Boss have said nothing but complimentary things about him, at least to the public.
Pretty and Talented Jeremy where were you? Why weren't you there celebrating your team mates victory. Your absence has come across as very poor sportsmanship. Why?
Until I know differently you and I are on a break.

On Sunday, December 16th 2007, I finally got to see the Giants in action. Since starting my new job I have missed all Sunday games but not this time. I got home minutes before it started and settled in to watch my boys in blue take on the skins.
As you may have guessed I was watching for Number 80 in particular. It may not be obvious, but I have a huge crush on Jeremy Shockey (who I refer to as Thor).
He was having an ok game. He looked really good, and his blocking was great as always.
The game wasn't going well for my boys, but there was still time. Then it happened.
Shock went down and couldn't get up. He was actually carted off the field.......ON A CART!
As his x-rays flashed briefly on the sideline (the team doc was checking them out) I knew it was bad, and it was. Jeremy broke his leg, and is out for the rest of the season.

If you have visited this blog before you may have noticed two things. One, that I think Jeremy Shockey is a total hottie and two, I work nights.
So I am supppose to on my way home but I stumbled across this and I had to share.
The title may indicate that I would rather look than listen to #80, but I must admit that it tickled me to hear a little bit of a lisp from that GREAT BIG MAN.
